room wouldn't be available until september 15th.there's two rooms to choose from. any furniture in rooms can be removed at your request. the rest of the house is furnished. parking is in the driveway or street. if you must absolutely park in the garage, we can arrange something.
we ask that you clean up after yourself to make things easier. you won't really have to help clean the house if you do that.
if you have guests over, we'd prefer to know in advance.
animals are allowed, there's just a pet deposit fee to be paid.
rent is due on the first of every month. no later than the fifth. since you'll be moving in during the middle of the month, we'll discuss the price.
the price for utilities isn't included in the rent. that's something we'll also discuss at a later date.
