spacious house.. only renting out 1bedroom and a bath. 2nd bed is an office, 3rd bedroom is an art studio (winter hobby). i'm unmarried but in a solid relationship. 32 years old, have one indoor cat (don't worry, the litter box is in my area and i clean it regularly), i rarely drink, and on rare occasion will host a bbq - i don't smoke. - once every 2 months will i have people over to bbq, dine in the hot tub, or watch movies in the main living room or game room. - i share in the chores, and i am pretty laid back - but i enjoy having a clean house. shared areas include kitchen, one of the living rooms, back yard, patio, off-street parking, basement (semi finished- game room, air hockey, ping-pong, couch and movie screen). non-shared areas include mstr bed/bath, 2nd living room, carport, hot tub, pool table, and garage. quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. not a party house. no drugs, no adicts legal or otherwise.
