i have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, with two rooms available to rent. central air/heat. mostly furnished (only one bedroom does not have a bed.) with washer and dryer and highspeed internet. all utilities are included.rooms feature large closet and cable hookups. must be ok with dogs, but no additional pets allowed.
nice quiet neighborhood with fully fenced in back yard. park within walking distance, 1 block from bus stop, up the road from sinclair/ymca and carriage hill parks and around the corner from shopping center and highway.
will be living with 25 yr old female professional with 2 dogs (10 & 35lbs). no smoking or drugs. like to keep a clean house.
first months/ last months rent and deposit. stay as short or long as you like. month to month, 6 mo, 12 yr +
move in july 6th!!
