christian family home renting bedroom. room is downstairs, half bath downstairs with shared shower upstairs. i also have two larger rooms with carpet for rent upstairs, however, the rent is more washer and dryer available. i can furnish room for $900 a monthly, includes utilities and cable and internet.
you supply your own food. swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and park across the street. very nice neighborhood. no smoking or drugs allowed. no guests. no pets, no couples. located between 1960 and bammel north. 15 minutes from the airport and 16 minutes from the lone star community college. i can supply the food, for an extra $150 a month.

shopping, gas and restaurants within 1 mile of home. no felonies or convictions. background checks will be preformed, references required. first month, last month and deposit required upon move in.
must have a full time day job. room available now. rooms are not furnished, you can being your own furniture or i can furnish them. your choice. not a lot of furniture in home yet, just moved in a month ago. still working on it.:)
