hi there, my name is jonathan i am a filmmaker by profession. i own a house, and i am seeking two other mature professional, creative/artistic, gay friendly, financially and emotionally stable, non smoking or substance abusing, good cinema and music loving people, to be roommates, to live with one other creative professional, in my large 3 bedroom house.
there are two rooms available to rent in the house, and of course you have access to the entire house!;) couples are more than welcome, if both rooms collectively are rented by the couple. both rooms are large and very very comfortable. one room is 600 and another even larger room with it's own private restroom, is 650.
the house is huge and has a nice, bright large kitchen space with all amenities. the home has beautiful hardwood and ceramic tiled flooring, two restrooms, a studio space, washer & dryer, central ac/heat, and a huge backyard as well. the splitting of the bills are between 150 per person. both rooms are available july the 1st, 2015 and are both unfurnished.the house is located, in the parkwest, bellaire, westbury and meyerland area. the home is just 5 mn outside of "the loop" and is 10 minutes away from both, the medical center and the galleria, midtown, the rice village, rice university, minutes from downtown and close to various galleries, cafe's, cinemas, museums, montrose etc, and has many terrific amenities near by, including great grocery, a good quality local hospital, schools etc.
