this listing is actually for two bedrooms. they share a bathroom and it is also the guest bath. the rooms are located in a house with a backyard. there is a garage which is currently occupied by my truck, but there is plenty of parking in the private driveway.

utilities are included in the rent. also there are two dogs and a cat that currently live in this house. you must love pets. i am willing to consider more pets in the household. this will be based on a case-by-case basis.

i am not a full-blown clean freak, but i live my house tidy. i believe it is important to clean up after yourself and not have a bunch of personal effects lying around the house. i am ok with friends and family visiting as long as there is prior notice.
