this is a great opportunity for someone looking to move in order to improve their situation. there are lots of jobs here and i am located near downtown and on the bus line. i am asking $300 per month which includes utilities and wifi.i do live in a really bad neighborhood but have not had any problems and feel comfortable here. there is only one bathroom. i actually have two rooms, one furnished and one not furnished so you could bring your own furniture if you want. the bedroom has a twin or full size bed (i have both), a large dresser, a desk, an entertainment center and tv.
you must have references and steady employment. no drugs or drinking. can send pics.
