i'm a first year medical school student looking for a male roommate that is preferably also a student or a professional. i am offering a bedroom with enough space for a bed, a desk, and some dressers with a door going out to the deck. there is also a private bath that will be solely the roommate's. we will share the living room, deck, kitchen, laundry, and basement for storage. all utilities are included in the price. there is no security deposit, but i need the first month's rent in advance.

the house is minutes from the galleria and the summit, so it is close to all types of shopping and entertainment. it is also about 15 minutes away from downtown.
