this rental is weekly. rent is $125 to $150 per week, per room, depending on which rooms are available.kitchen and bath are shared. these rooms are in a private home in upstate ny, near the vermont border. southern vermont college, bennington college and the community college of vermont are within 5 miles of our property.
included:
fully furnished rooms, all utilities, off street parking, internet, kitchen & bath are cleaned daily or every-other-day, clean sheets are provided weekly.
we are looking for quiet students and/or professional single persons. we require a deposit of $200 plus the first and last week of rent. there are restrictions as we have other tenants.
