aloha, moving into a brand new townhome, the second week of april. i am now currently looking to find a roomate. i dont discriminate, very professional, looking for; male, female, clean and responsible.what: two story, townhome in hoakalei, ewa, near ocean pointe
b/b: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms
when: as soon as possible, after the second week of april.
pets: possibly, would have to discuss it.; there are dog parks in the area.
cars: two car garage. i own only one vehicle. so you would get a parking stall. lots of street parking.
amenities: washer/dryer, central air, coming soon; pool, bbq area, tennis courts, gym, hot tub... etc.
bio: 25 yr old male, born and raised on maui/oahu. @ 17 joined the marine corps, served 5 years and am currently in the hiang. very responsible, and down to earth. i like to go out, and meet new people. this is my first home, and my pride and joy. ive worked hard for this, and need someone that understands that.
very gorgeous house! ive spent more then 15k in upgrades; which include: upgraded tile flooring downstairs, and in the bathrooms; upgraded cabinets; stainless steel appliances; upgraded pad under the carpets, and carpet itself. still lots more going into the house. its a work in progress but its gorgeous.
rooms: there are actually two rooms which i am trying to rent. the prices vary on the rooms, cause one is bigger, and bathroom is connected. both have their own bathrooms. so if you are interested let me know. iactually have one queen size bed for one of the rooms also, if you need a bed.
