we are a young married couple who just bought a house in holly springs looking to supplement the cost of mortgage. the house is about a 45 min commute to downtown raleigh.we have:
- 1 medium dog who is older and very friendly, loves to cuddle and play fetch. dog friends welcome, no indoor cats
- 1 car garage that serves as our home gym. free gym membership with room rental.
- 2 spare bedrooms, looking to rent out only one, which means you will be able to store some of your things in the other one. one room has a full size bed, the other does not. both rooms are connected by a bathroom that would be yours.
we are organized a like to workout, both of us work full-time. we are looking for someone similar.
cost of rent is $575 plus utilities.
