1st month rent due upon move-in, utilities(electric, water, trash pickup, etc), wifi&cable tv included. spacious, ranch-style house in quiet, safe neighborhood in apex(1400sqft; 3br/2ba; yard; deck). although i have an apex address, my house is 10 miles outside of downtown apex, so i'm actually almost in fuquay/cary/holly springs(15 mins from crossroads, 10 mins from wake tech, 5 mins from holly springs, 10 mins from fuquay, 15 mins from downtown raleigh). washer/dryer, dishwasher, real wood-burning fireplace, gas grill on deck outside. room for rent is 11x11 (not inc. closet, which is an add'l 10x2). private bath is 5x8 and has full tub & shower(additional pics available upon request).what i'm looking for in a roommate: age, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion etc are unimportant to me. i don't care about your credit score, and i don't care if you've had run-ins with john q. law in the past (the operative word being 'past,' of course). if you pay your rent on time every month, clean up after yourself and keep the house dark/quiet when it's time for me to go to sleep, we'll get along just fine. you must be okay with my ruthless killing of bugs/spiders, since i send those motherf*ckers straight to hades (or to the cat) if they decide to invite themselves into my house.
about me: 27swf/professional. i work 2 jobs (total of 50+ hours per week), so i'm not home 24/7. i don't entertain too much, and i keep pretty quiet, especially at night. i don't have children; just 1 indoor cat (catbox/food is in master bathroom, which is inside of my bedroom, so you won't be in contact with it), non-smoker (outside is ok if you smoke), no drugs, occasionally drink. i'm college-educated, love live music (i listen to mostly classic hard rock/metal in the meantime; i.e., iron maiden, metallica, zeppelin, dio, tool, audioslave), and although i keep healthy/exercise, i still eat tons of bread with real butter, real ice cream, and vast quantities of frozen cookie dough.
