brand new ensuite bedroom/walk in closet( all included)the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in northwest holly springs, but with very convenient access (5 minutes) to routes 1 and 540. it is right behind the target shopping center, and within 5 minutes of three other shopping plazas. it is also very close to cary, apex, raleigh, and rtp.
there are two en suites available in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs. each room comes with a full bathroom and large-sized, walk-in closet. both are semi-furnished (bed, nightstand, dresser). there is access to the kitchen, the common area living room/dining room, and the screen porch, patio, and backyard. the rent is all inclusive, covering utilities, cable, and internet. in summers there is also access to a beautiful community pool.the current roommates are a couple, early 40's, friendly, easy to get along with, no children and no pets.
