i am renting two main floor bedrooms for $1500 a month. the master bed room is very large and spacious; it can easily fit two double beds and two dressers in the room. the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom as well. the second bedroom is smaller; it can fit one double bed and a dresser. the second bedroom has a standard closet. these two rooms can be rented to one person and the second bedroom can be used as an office, gym, sitting room, etc., (both rooms are included in the monthly rent). i will also allow two renters (family members, couples, two friends etc.) to split the $1500 monthly payment and share the two rooms; however, the bathroom will then be shared as well. in addition to the two rooms, the renter(s) will have shared access to the main living room, the dining room, and kitchen. please contact me if you have any questions.
