a spacious for rent room available in a 2br apartment in hoboken located right on washington st starting february 7th. my roommate is moving out and i am seeking a replacement for him. the room is large enough to fit a bed, a futon and a desk (see attached pictures). the apartment has 14ft high ceilings, plenty of storage and a small balcony facing a private backyard. the apartment is conveniently located one flight up from the vibrant washington st. where you can find multiple restaurants, bars, stores (e.g. 7/11, cvs, walgreens, and various local grocery stores) and also stevens institute of technology within short walking distance. the path train to wtc and 33rd street is a 10 minutes walk and the 126 bus stop to port authority is right across the street from the place. heat and hot water is included in the rent -- fios tv/internet, electricity, and gas are paid separately by the roommates. tenants will sign a 1-year lease directly with the condo owner.
