145 sq ft room at end of the hall with a beautiful view for rent in centrally located hixson, tn. this room is furnished with a small dresser and a twin bed with access to common bathroom and living room. we also have a den and laundry room downstairs for common use. a garden is available if you're interested in helping out, it is by far not a large garden but we are growing it every year.the house is shared with myself and my girlfriend as well as my two kids every other week. we also have 2 medium/small dogs that are (mostly) quiet and very docile. our neighborhood is very quiet while being only 5 miles from downtown chattanooga.
*first month rent & $150 move-in fee are due upon move in.
*must be ok with kids (every other week) & medium/small dogs.
*no smoking in house, outside ok with use of ashtray/buttcan.
*utilities, wifi, & netflix included.
