we have a 2000+ sq. ft., 4 bedroom home close to downtown hillsboro and tv hwy with one room available for a single (male/female) or a married couple with no children. the room is 11’ x 13’ and has a queen size bed (or bring your own) and a closet. the house is occupied by a total of 5 people and is a christian ministry. we operate a food pantry from the garage and give away free food. occupants include a couple in their 40s and a single elderly male, as well as 2 young male roommates. there are two bathrooms and one will be shared by you and the 2 young men. rent is $500.00 per month paid in advance but there is no deposit required. each person also pays their utility share of gas/electric/water/sewer, which is from $50-$75 a month. there is high-speed wireless in the house included. the house is 5 blocks from tri-met and the hillsboro library in a quiet neighborhood. there is one indoor/outdoor cat in the home, and no other pets are allowed. no smoking/alcohol/drugs are tolerated in the home.
