it is the burgundy apartment. the available bedroom would be the one on the right on that floorplan.

the rent is $1400 ($700/month for each of us). the water/sewage/trash costs $57/month ($27.50 each). the internet is through frontier which is ~$40/month (~$20/month each).

i am a pharmacist completing a residency program this year so i'll be working a lot, but i also plan on doing a lot of exploring in portland since i am new to the city. i like bike riding, hiking and a good beer festival. i'm looking for a clean and respectful professional to share the apartment with me. if you are interested feel free to call or text me and i would be happy to show the place to you.
