looking for a male or female roommate. preferably 23 - 27 years old. works full time. i would like to see proof you have good credit. i am a 24 year old female. work full time monday-friday.2 bedroom carpeted condo. we would share a bathroom. free parking. the complex has a private beach, nice picnic areas, and is next to hartshorne park with nice bike trails. sandy hook and sea bright right over the bridge. 10 minutes to red bank, 10 minutes to nyc ferry, and 10 minutes to nj transit train line. 30 minutes to edison.
utilities are included. looking for someone willing to sign a year lease. not seasonal. you would pay me first month, last month, and half the security deposit before moving in.
