we are two girls in our late 20's seeking a 3rd roommate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath household. our punk/hippy/artsy/hipster fortress is perfect for anyone involved in art, fashion, or music. (just to clarify, we are not a "party" house. one of us is 4 years sober, and neither of us does any drugs!!). the living room is practically empty except for a 46" tv that we never watch, so a new roommate can claim it as her own! the garage is a sewing/art/music/lounge area. we also have a garden, which is a plus if you like playing in the dirt! the first bedroom is adjacent to the living room, and the second, which has a private bath, is opposite the kitchen. the first is ready now, and the second will be ready may 15th.

our ideal roommate will be female, near our age, (although we prefer female roomies, we would very carefully consider male!), quirky, fairly clean, love animals (4 cats, 2 dogs, a beta, and various inanimate creatures we name), have a communal sense of living (one of us usually ends up buying a massive amount of groceries and needs help consuming them before they spoil!), a stable income, a love of thrift store shopping and karaoke, and a liberal way of thinking. our home would be perfect for a iadt student-the campus is 10 minutes away, and we have plenty of workspace!
