my husband and i are empty nest-ers and have a large home in hendersonville, tn. we have a large private ( was rec room) space to rent. has a private bath and private exit and entrance. this is a basement space not a creepy basement but it does not have windows. furnished as much or as little as you like.has a full size refrigerator/freezer in space as well as a toaster oven and microwave. can not do a great deal of cooking in this place.
it is a month to month lease. non smoker, no partying, no drugs, no drama.
