hi! looking for clean and friendly roomates! i need two female roomates to fill up the house i am living in. 4 bedroom house in the indian lake forrest subdivision in hendersonville. lakefront property. rooms are furnished, but if you have your own furniture we will work it out. two car garage, one roomate will have to park outside. storage room in the garage & attic.

i don't drink/smoke/do drugs, and want someone similar. don't mind drinking, but no drunks! i have two older large dogs (chocolate lab & lab mix) & a cat. all animals are indoor/outdoor. your pets are welcome, but must be house broken. backyard is not physically fenced in, but have invisible fence for dogs. your animals will have to get along with mine. $250 pet deposit.

the rooms availalbe are upstairs. large bedrooms, with "sibling bathroom" setup. one bedroom has the bahtroom in room, with a shared shower. the other bathroom entrance is in the hallway. both rooms have large closets. the room without the bathroom connected has a view of the lake!
