hello potential housemate!we have a room available to the right student or professional. our house has 3 bedrooms and we are currently looking to rent out one of them, and possibly the second down the road.
i work full-time in a medical office and attend school full-time as well. my partner works full-time and studies in his spare time. we lead fairly busy lives and are looking for a housemate with a somewhat similar schedule or career agenda.
we do have dogs that are very friendly so the ideal housemate wouldn't mind their presence. they are heavily involved in our lives as we hike and travel with them.
the community has several parks, pools, dog parks, play areas, a splash pad, a skate park, an amphitheater and a community center with a library, a cafe and an events center. there are also volleyball, tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball courts and several multipurpose fields.
we know all of our friendly neighbors often times get together for bbq's and block parties. our neighborhood is considerably quiet and "laid-back." though the community is not inside a gate, it is patrolled by security 24/7.
