room in condo for rent. this condo is located in a quiet gated community which is about a 10-15 minute drive from rutgers new brunswick. this is a great location for (male) professionals and students who do not wish to pay increasing room and board tuition fees. you basically will have your own personal space considering the room's location in the condo.parking is included, there just is no assigned parking.
the bedroom has it's own door to the balcony. also, since there is no smoking indoors, if you are a smoker, you can easily step outside without having to exit the building or cross through the common living area.
the bathroom located right next to the bedroom can be personal or shared with guests.
the laundry facility is conveniently located within the unit, right across from the bedroom for rent.
there is a fire place that is good for the colder months.
the kitchen is recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher.
there is a central vacuum with a hose for easy clean up of the entire condo.
the wi-fi within the unit is good for professionals who may wish / need to work from home, students who need to work on assignments and research, streaming entertainment, etc.
utilities are internet, gas, electricity and water/sewage. these are all included.
there is no cable.
please be mindful that this is a gated community in a small, quiet family-oriented building where a lot of other students and professionals live. you would have to be considerate of these living situations. race, religion and sexual orientation area respected.
upon moving in, first month's rent is requested along with $900 deposit which will be returned at the end of stay.
