i am quite nice and easy to talk to. i'm a full-time graduate student and work part time. i like to cook and experiment with recipes. i like to work out at our amazing gym and work out at the reservoir. as far as living with me i ask from my roommate that they keep all common areas clean and organized. i can be anal about cleanliness, meaning that i leave no dirty dishes (there is a dish washer available) around and i do overall apartment cleaning weekly. roommate is expected to be willing to do weekly shores. i also recycle and expect my roommate to do so. lastly my roommate should be conscious about energy saving, not leaving electric appliances on when not in use. besides that mutual respect between us is important. i don't mind visitors as i have visitors of my own. i will always try to let you know when i have someone over and would like the same courtesy. overall i can be the best roommate you've ever had as long as there is mutual respect and cleanliness in the apartment.
