saturday march 14th my current roommate will be leaving. i am in a binding agreement effective until january of 2016,and you will likely have to sign a similar document. that is up to the apartment manager though. with my roommate leaving earlier than expected, the bills are too much for me to handle alone. this ad is nothing more than looking for someone to help keep up with the bills. i will be keeping to myself and can handle paying all of the bills provided that you pay me the portion i'm looking for. for $700 a month to me,you will get a place to stay, wifi/internet, cable, house phone (that i don't use),water, electric, balcony, heat and air conditioning strictly based on comfort, trash, sewer, and privacy.
there is nothing in the room you will be staying in. you will need to provide yourself with the bed,entertainment, and food. the room likely can only hold a single size bed, a television, computer, and maybe a dresser. the food pantry is in that room because the shelving in the apartment is little. it does also have a small closet. if interested, feel free to contact me.
