i have two bedrooms and one full bath available to rent now. the bedroom labeled room#1 is 10'�13' and room #2 is 10'�14'; both rooms have spacious closets, nice spot free carpet, and are clean. the bathroom is in between the two bedrooms; it is not a jack and jill connected type, but the entrance is right outside the bedrooms. the two bedrooms are secluded from the common living spaces, but they are also close to the entrance (down a hall to the right when you walk in).
my house is in a nice community, located in the hampton close to hwy 20. it is 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms - 2100 sq. ft., large living room, dining room, kitchen and a laundry room. my community has a pool, basketball court, paved sidewalks, and a park. i have a swing set and a trampoline in my back yard. i know a lot of people in my neighborhood and no one has had any crime related issues. i feel very safe here. as a single mother, i do have an outdoor camera security system.
the cost of rent will depend on the number of occupants, if you want to rent one bedroom or two, and how much you are typically home (if you work a lot of overtime and are not home very much, or work out of town, etc. makes a big difference from someone that is a stay at home mother using the utilities all day every day - i don't mind either situations. it will make somewhat of a difference of the amount i charge). i do have wi-fi and netflix. i do not have cable, i rarely watch tv. you are welcome to get it here, but that will be at your own expense. deposit depends on renter/(s) too. a round about estimate is $400-500 a month per room, everything included.
