housemate wanted - upper scale house - $850 a month all utilities included. looking for a housemate - very upscale home to share - week to week is ok. you'll stay in a furnished master bedroom that is complete with hdtv, vcr dvd players, radio/speakers, weight equipment, refrigerator, coffee machine, closet hangers, and towel. you will basically have your own bathroom when there are no other guests. it is a guest bathroom, shared when there are out of town guests but 99% private. basically, it's a private bathroom for you for the most part. lots of storage space in the bathroom, the tub is a spa. newly remodeled bathroom tiled surround, marble floors, very upscale rooms throughout. easy to get along with. located right near the city line so easy on and off highway 30 and 10 mins from i-83, 4 miles to the mall, walking distance to restaurants, bars, library, bowling, park, etc. rural area low crime, pleasant neighbors, well-groomed area, farms down the road. great bike riding!
