i live in hainesville for those of you not familiar with the area it is right next to grayslake and roundlake. i am 3 minutes away from metra and 5 to 7 minutes from shopping distance.i have 1 master bedroom w/private bath $700 monthly plus security
1 large room $600 plus security downstairs private but no door. we can get some kind of barrier to put up if needed.
i will be running tennant background check.
if you have a dog or cat will be $100 extra a month.
there is a lake with a path right outside it's beautiful a must see!
my townhome is very nice and peaceful. i have a high school son who is very nice and smart and spends every other week with me. he is well behaved.
you will have access to wifi and laundry facilities.
