10 min from hagerstown outlets. additional shopping center with tons of stores, within walking distance. open to male or female, doesn't matter but the space is for 1 person only. i am female & the only other person living in home. basement is above ground & there is no door to close it off. bedroom is on 3rd level.option a: rent a room $685
this option is good for someone who likes to keep to themselves & keep everything in the bedroom as far as tv & entertainment.
option b: share a house $750
this option includes bedroom & basement for your exclusive use, you can even have the breakfast nook in kitchen. .maybe use as an office, dining room, reading area?
for both options rent includes; private bath, washer & dryer, utilities, dishwasher, microwave, off street parking, outdoor grill, use of kitchen, internet & some storage, peace & quiet, backyard. as you can see, kitchen is fully equipped, also have coffee maker, indoor grill, juicer & blender.
i'd prefer someone who wants the privacy the basement & bedroom provides, if that's not your thing, please inquire about option a. but please understand that with either option we will not share maine living or dinig room. we would only share the kitchen & access to washer & dryer (in basement). the house is a really great space & gets tons of light. overnight guests more than 2x week would be considered an additional roommate. no smoking. no pets. children are ok to visit, but not full time in home. short term lease is ok. 6 months ideal.
you will be required to be sign a lease, background check req as well. good credit not needed but must be ok with providing report.
