i am prior service but still work with the government. i don't mind pets but i don't want large dogs or pit bulls. personally am an introvert but this will not stop you from entertaining as long as my son is protected. if a couple moves in the rent you will have to pay the difference in the utilities. the shared bathroom is with a teenaged boy and i do clean the bathroom. not him. there is a finished basement where you can entertain friends if you choose to do so and a fenced yard with a patio space. i'm not a loud person but do understand that you will entertain at times. i will compromise with you and will respect your privacy. i want the home to be shared and not divided. any religion is welcome except devil lovers. sorry. i have to draw a line somewhere. i have an 11 pound shi-tzu and a cat that are both friendly but know they are allowed in the bed rooms unless welcomed. the dog stays in a crate at night
