(perfect for a relocating professional) all amenities (fully staffed concierge, 24/7 security and services), laundry, indoor/outdoor olympic pools, steam, sauna, large gym facilities, private garden, indoor parking, electric, and gas - all of the above inclusive in the monthly rent, $1,600. condo has its own mall, two restaurants, bank, and a dozen other services. travel time to nyc- 20min. bus, car, ferry service 24/7.
i am a writer, educated, well travelled, and easy going. i am a healthy, athletic male, also a personal trainer that left the business world to devote his full day to his new occupation.
when i am not training i create/write. my white female golden retriever is seven, has ten hand commands, trained never to bark, loves all humans and animals, has gone thru obstacle course training and is extremely obedient off lead; a wonderful companion to all. loves cats.
i desire a clean dwelling and would, to that extent, maintain its upkeep. i am amiable to any age roommate who is mature minded.
i am an excellent cook and enjoy it and can provide monthly arrangements handling cleaning, laundry, local chores/shopping, etc.
