-i have a 2 bedroom home in grove city (recently bought) and need a roommate. i'm a single white guy, 25 years old.
-the home is incredible!it's only about 9 years old, and is within a fantastic neighborhood!
-utilities are not included in price.
-utilities to consider are: gas, electric, water every 3 months, phone/high speed internet/cable.
-i'm a very laid back person who graduated from college back in june 2008 from ohio state, and currently have a full time job.
- i'm looking for someone who only does small parties at the house, doesn't smoke, isn't allergic to dogs since i have a small dog, and someone who basically respects others and is easy going, much like myself.
- my home has a 2 car garage, fenced in yard, 2 bathrooms (each have our own), big living room, kitchen, dining room, central a/c, washer and dryer. i truly love this house and i'm sure
