this room for rent is in a 3-bedroom apartment located in greer, sc next to i-85 about 10 minutes from bob jones university. it's also right next to walmart, publix, bi-lo, and it's only less than 10 minutes away from the big shopping center on woodruff rd. the smallest bedroom is available to rent for about $350-65/mo., which includes the cost of everything (rent, electricity, wifi, and water/sewer/trash). this room is not immediately available since i need about a month to get things squared away with work and other obligations before i move out of greenville. february 16 is probably the earliest date available; however, i do not really have any deadline for moving out. i can move later than that. the apartment lease ends in may. there are 2 other girls who live here, and we pay around that much each. they are friends of mine from bju, a christian university where we all graduated from. one of them has a puppy. this community is safe, quiet, and in a very convenient location! :) please contact me for more details!
