i rent a beautiful townhome, built in 2009, in a lovely gated community in greenwood village. we back to an open green space with walking trails that tie into cherry creek park and have use of the hoa amenities including a beautiful heated pool and tennis courts. there is a two car garage to share, and a semi-finished basement that is heated and cooled and provides an additional 900 square feet of space for gym equipment, recreation space, etc. you will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom, all with high-end finishes. your rent includes use of the internet (wired and wireless), utilities and a very well-appointed kitchen. we mainly ask that you be a tidy person who doesn't mind kids (i have a 10 year old son who lives with me part time). i've recently parted ways with my boyfriend of several years and am needing someone to help me cover the rent. we are pretty quiet, i work full time, and stay active.
