rent = $475/month+ utilities split between occupants (would be split 3 ways at this moment)ideally i'd like to find someone who:
- can commit to at least 12 months (negotiable, but no fewer than 6 months)
- can pay me first+last month's rent and $125 non-refundable deposit up front
- is laid back and doesn't want to have people over often
- is ok with pets since i have two cats and one dog (all very friendly)
- doesn't mind sharing a bathroom with a guy (the room shares a bathroom upstairs, and i have my friend from a previous job who is also renting from me).
house is about 1.5 miles from downtown greenville. it's an easy walk with the dog on a nice day, but not necessarily one i would recommend on a night out.
renter would have access to using all my kitchen stuff pots/ pans/ dishes/ dishwasher/ etc...)/ tv in living room/ internet/ washer/ dryer. parking is outside in driveway. also, i have a back patio with a picnic table and a couch/ fire pit area as well as a screened in porch that is available to use. the room upstairs has a walk-in closet and a little nook (approximately 6'x8'-ish) that could be used for extra storage or a separate sitting area.
