hi! i signed a lease with two of my best friends in greenville, nc before i got an offer for an amazing job in raleigh, nc. i just moved to raleigh but unfortunately my name is still on the lease for the greenville house so i need to find a 3rd roommate for my friends asap so i don't have to pay 2 rents and so that they can have a 3rd roommate!!the house is on eastern street and a 2 minute walk to ecu's campus.
it's a super cute house with amazing roommates.

rent is $400.00 a month and the deposit is $400.00 as well. i already paid the deposit so whoever decides to live in this room will pay that $400.00 to me but get it back from the landlord once the lease is over next summer.
