room for rent in sterling pointe townhome near pitt community college, east carolina university, and pitt county memorial hospital. young married couple looking for another roommate. preferably college-aged. i am 24 and my husband is 26; completely laid back. i am in nursing school at ecu and my husband works full-time. rent would be $325/month and this includes utilities, cable, and wireless internet. there is one full bathroom to share for the two rooms we have. we do have a small toy poodle. we have a washer/dryer and the house is completely furnished. would need some furniture for the bedroom if wanted. we don't smoke and do occasionally like to go out and have friends over. we have another roommate, who also works and is very involved in his church. he also has a small dog and is in his 20's. we just installed new floors downstairs and have brand new furniture. the pictures attached are before we replaced the floors and furniture, but used just so you can get an idea of our common area space and house! deposit required, lease is negotiable. message me if you are interested or have any questions!
