i am looking for someone to take over my lease because i am starting a summer class in july charlotte and won't be here much. the monthly rent is $559, i will put $200 towards july's rent so you will only have to pay $359 that month. utilities are included!! the lease is up at the end of july but you can renew at anytime if you like the place. it does come with its own private bathroom. there are 3 other females that have their own rooms and bathrooms but they are very quite and always to themselves so they don't have loud noise and company. if you're interested or have any questions let me know!
