i am currently looking for someone to share my house(along with the comensurate expenses, of course) in greensboro, nc.

the home is located in eastern greensboro and is conveniently located to most main road/highways. it's a fairly new, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story home with a fenced in backyard and single car garage that is currently being used for storage.

i will be the only occupant of the home, so it would just be 2 people sharing the home so there would be lots of room. i have a surprisingly mellow jack russell terrier, so you must be ok with dogs. besides, can you really trust anyone that doesn't like a dog? smile

rent and utilities would be $650.00, but i'm open to reducing rent in exchange for performing domestic duties.
