pre-leasing available nowi am currently looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease for the months of may, june, july and august. this is a shared apartment. each room is separate and the tenant of that room is responsible for their own rent paid separately to the housing agency. there are four rooms total and two bathrooms of which you only have to share one with one other person, and a shared living room and kitchen. rent is $450 flat, that includes utilities and everything.
in a wonderful neighborhood walking distance from the university of northern colorado, king soopers, starbucks and big lots nearby. other three rooms currently occupied by 3 very respectful and nice roommates! the apartment is very spacious and nice and in a great area of greeley. if you are interested or have any other questions please send me an and i will respond to you as soon as possible. the room will be available as of may 1st and i would like to ensure that the lease is transferred securely before then.
