west greeley- large custom home -full walk out lower level -large bedroom big enough to have a sitting or study in room. share the kitchenette and family room on lower level with one other person (who's room is on the opposite side of approximately 3000 sq ft) family room has large screen tv/basic dish service and dvd player. fitness room with several pieces of fitness equipment available to tenants on lower level. family room walks out onto covered patio and back yard area. includes basic utilities. kitchenette has full size double door refrigerator/stove top burner/pizza size toaster oven/microwave/coffee pot and sink - small breakfast bar and two person table and chairs. country living on the edge of the city limits - public transit is within walking distance, but not right by the house. possibility for horse owner to pay extra or trade out work in turn for board for one or two horses. this is a equine/pet friendly home but is well suited for someone not into horses as well, as the barn is down the hill from the house. we do have pets ov our own who are not allowed downstairs, but being pet friendly is a must at this home! upstairs is occupied by leaser - we are a friendly couple, kids are grown and gone. we appreciates our privacy and respect for our home is a must! looking for someone who wants the same respect and regard for privacy! .
