2000sf quiet ranch with acreage. we are away from town on the lake rosiger side. i have two rooms available. room one is a large room with an has attached bathroom for $450. room two is large master shared bathroom for $400. there is also a possible option to look at a smaller third room for 350.00. $200 deposit, last month rent can be paid in installments, internet included. cable and electricity would be split 3 ways. our home is 30 minutes from everett and about 45 minutes from north seattle. large wooded back yard and a hot tub. we have pets so we cant have more. no smoking and casual drinking is ok. over all we are friendly and would not mind being able to hang out from time to time. musician friendly! if you would like more info or pictures contact me. thank you!
