i am renting out a room in my beautiful home. i am looking for a female who is responsible, cleans after herself and is chill. no partying, smoking, drugs or heavy drinking at the house.

it would be month to month with a $550 deposit. the rent is $550 a month plus utilities. you would be sharing a bathroom with my other girl roommate. no pets please. must be k with dogs. this home is in a perfect quite and safe location. i have security cameras all around the outside of the house just in case. i am close to freeways and shopping centers (on douglas blvd.). my roommate and i are on the go so we need someone who is independent. we cook so there will always be something to eat. we are both very active and fun to be around! we are drama free!
