house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood located off of plainfield between fuller and 3 mile. it is within a mile from highway 96 and also only a 10 minute drive to downtown grand rapids (plainfield becomes division). the rapid bus line #11 picks up and drops off at the entrance of the neighborhood. this bus route also connects to the rapid dash with a stop at gvsu's chs on the michigan hill. this stop is also conveniently a block from cc, kendal, and butterworth hospital.the home was completely renovated 7 years ago, all new carpet, flooring, paint, and appliances upstairs. there is a common kitchen and living room upstairs, along with the three bedrooms and one bathroom. the basement has a bathroom, laundry area and a second common living area and forth bedroom. there is free street parking, garbage removal, wireless internet, a fenced in back yard, and a deck on the backside of the house.
current roommates; ashley, the homeowner. i am 26 and i am registered nurse at mary free bed. when i am not working, i lounge at the house or go out with friends.. razzle is my pet, she is the only house cat who is slow to warm up to strangers, a little sassy, but a true sweetheart.
looking for 3 female roommates. i would like someone who is responsible and independent. i appreciate someone who is outgoing and interactive, use the common space, and is clean!
