I am a 63-year-old Christian professional female who is healthy, active, fun, hard-working, organized and enjoys life. My home is a peaceful retreat in a beautiful community.Additional Information
I am looking for a roommate who is a professional female that is clean, responsible, respectful and doesn’t have any pets. (no drugs or indoor vaping please)No house parties. No overnight guests.
Non smoking home, but can smoke outside on the patio.
Shared spaces include: Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Living room with TV, large dining room, front sitting room, 2 car garage, large backyard with patio/grill, and sun room.
Can rent a very large room 20x30 if you have a lot of furniture or need the extra space for $750/month or a regular sized room for $700/month. If one requires a furnished room that can be arranged with an additional fee every month. This includes all utilities, cable TV and wifi.
I would like to do a short trial to start with so that we know we are a good match. Can do month to month to begin with or a 3-month lease. Details can be discussed in person.
1st and last months rent required to move in and must pass a background check and have references.
Need to be okay with sharing a full bath as I am looking for 2 renters but will have it to yourself until I find a 2nd renter.
I have out of state family visit every few months, so renter needs to be okay with this. They will not use your bathroom and will be respectful of your space.
