i'm a straight female with 2 medium size dogs. i work full time and have 1 unfurnished guest room and 1 full bathroom in my 3 bedroom/2bath house for rent. the kitchen is shared (i have flatware, dishes, cooking utensils), 50% fridge space available and use of laundry is included.

the house is in a quiet up-kept neighborhood.

i am in no danger of foreclosure and pay my mortgage on time!!

grocery store is within walking distance. close to i10.

i try not to use my a/c / heat excessively. i don't have overnight guests and don't party and i expect the same from my renter :)

i prefer my room mate to be a 24-48 years old female or gay male. you need to be employed (student w/income ok) with references. smoking is only permitted outside. drugs are not tolerated!

first and last month rent plus a $150 security (refundable during move out after inspection) deposit due at move in.
