i have 3 dogs already and i wouldn't mind another dog only if i can assure they will all get along. no cats.
i would prefer to do a 3-6 month lease. i'm a single male, no kids, and most of the house is still empty. i use the master bedroom and a spare bedroom for an art studio, the rest of the house is open to occupy.
