hi,

i have an unfurnished room for rent in glendale, queens. its actually 2 rooms (bedroom with a door and living room) because i rarely use that side of the apartment. the neighborhood is quiet and safe. there are supermarkets, many stores 2 blocks away. the l and m trains to manhattan are about 10-15 mins. away and there are a few buses within 2 blocks. the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so privacy would not be a problem and there is a washer/dryer on the premises for convenience. there is just me, a quiet, respectful full-time working male that has respect for others privacy and property. rent is $700/mo. utilities included (verizon fios wifi also). if this interests you, get back to me so we can discuss further.
