must be open to living with one small dog!the apartment features a bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. the apartment is fully furnished (minus the open bedroom) with hardwood floors and includes a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. the building is a non-smoking building however, the apartment features an outdoor patio. there are many amenities included within the building such as an outdoor fire pit, outdoor cooking area, swimming pool, an internet cafe and a clubhouse gym.
i am a 25 year old female and currently a graduate student at the university of denver. i also work part-time so i am out of the house most of the day. i am looking for a chill and easy going roommate who is between the ages of 22 and 30 and who loves dogs.
